Welcome to the Susquehanna Council Boy Scouts of America, home of Camp Karoondinha!
The Susquehanna Council, BSA serves more than 2500 youth through the adult leadership of 1200 adult volunteers. Scouting provides programs to youth in 5 counties in Central Pennsylvania - Snyder, Northumberland, Clinton, Union and Lycoming. The Susquehanna Council is home to beautiful Camp Karoodinha along Penns Creek in western Union County. Six weeks each summer we provide exceptional programming to Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and Venturers. We are building character in the youth of our communities, one boy at a time!
Who we serve: 2500 young men and women of our local communities, 1200 adult leaders, 120 packs, troops and venture crews and 19 school districts.
Bald Eagle District serves Clinton and Lycoming Counties
Seven Bridges District serves Northumberland, Snyder, and Union Counties

PA Act 15 background background checks, clearances, and information on mandatory reporting can be found by visiting www.keepkidssafe.pa.gov To recharter for 2016, all registered adults will be required to complete the necessary checks.
